Practice AreasBiographyThomas Chase Stutzman, Sr. was originally certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California as a Certified Family Law Specialist in 1992, and was recertified in 1997 and 2002, but chose not to complete recertification in 2007, never the less he has practiced primarily/exclusively family law for his entire career. He served as a lecturer in law at San Jose State University for one year and has served as a panelist on more than one continuing education for lawyers panels. He is recognized in a number of Who's Who publications, including Who's Who in American Law. Admitted

Thomas Chase Stutzman Sr. has spent more than 33 years specializing in California divorces and related matters. Mr. Stutzman is supported by a very experienced and qualified team of attorneys, certified paralegals, secretaries, and clerks, all of whom have extensive family law experience. In addition to practicing law full-time and belonging to or having belonged to numerous charitable and social organizations (including but not limited to Rotary and Lions, Masons, etc.) Mr. Stutzman has served as legal adviser to numerous charitable non-profit organizations, taught at San Jose State University, and has an active family and social life.
